Enable the Customer SMS plugin to be able to easily send messages to customers without leaving the Focus app

How do I set it up?

First navigate to the Plugins page by going to “go to Plugins” from the home screen navigation tray.

Install the Customer SMS plug in

Configure your settings:

• Enable/disable sending the Customer Portal URL
• Enable/disable sending a free form custom text message
• Configure your 5 preset text messages (can be changed from the defaults)

Ensure to click “Save Settings”

Where do I access it?

SMS messages can be sent:

• On the Activity Tour page from Navigation Bar
  • Select which customer to send to > Select message to send or draft a custom text message (if enabled)
• On the Activity Booking page Navigation Bar
  • Sent to that specific customer > Select message to send or draft a custom text message (if enabled)
• On the Activity Tour page as a Swipe Action
  • Sent to that specific customer > Select message to send or draft a custom text message (if enabled)

SMS can only be sent to customers with phone numbers on their booking
