Simply find the tour you’d like to relinquish and click “submit”.

Your coworkers will receive a text message asking if they’d like to take your tour. The first to respond will receive the tour exchange. Guide assignments will update within Peek Pro automatically.

Cancel your shift exchange request at anytime. Requests will automatically expire after 18 hours.

Upon your first shift exchange, you’ll receive the following messages:
